Quality & Returns Clause
We ensure the highest quality in all our books and educational materials. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Please note that books, once sold, are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons other than verified damage or manufacturing defects.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim quickly, please provide clear proof of the damage, such as photographs or a short video of the unboxing/defect, along with your order details.
Replacements & Refunds
Once your claim is received, our team will verify the issue. Upon successful verification, a replacement book will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
In cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be initiated. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed directly back to your original payment method. Please allow standard banking timelines for the amount to reflect in your account.
