Cancellation Policy
At Om Muruga Publication, we process orders with precision and speed to maintain our commitment to timely delivery.
Dispatch Clause
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of our logistics partners, the shipment cannot be stopped or cancelled.
For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow a standard processing window for funds to appear.
